Uplifting Women by MGA was founded after years of working alongside women living in extreme poverty. Witnessing how empowerment transformed not just their lives, but also the lives of their families and communities, inspired our mission -to support organizations driving meaningful change. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to uplift women everywhere and help build a better, more equitable world.
INTENTIONAL FACILITATION
Our approach centers on leadership as something lived. We believe impact begins in the everyday moments where women nurture, decide, build, and influence—within their families, work, relationships, and communities. We honor inner wisdom—shaped through resilience, care, creativity, and lived experience. By creating spaces for reflection and shared learning, women begin to see their experiences not as isolated moments, but as sources of insight and strength. Through guided dialogue, they deepen self-trust, expand perspective, and step more fully into their authentic voice and influence. This is leadership that is grounded, relational, and deeply human—emerging from real life and creating meaningful impact.
IMPACT VISIBILITY
Through our facilitation work, we are able to shine light on organizations supporting women and make their impact visible in our showcases- at no cost to them.
