Uplifting Women by MGA was founded after years of working alongside women living in extreme poverty. Witnessing how empowerment transformed not just their lives, but also the lives of their families and communities, inspired our mission -to support organizations driving meaningful change. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to uplift women everywhere and help build a better, more equitable world.
CIRCLE FACILITATION
Our approach centers on relational leadership. We believe impact begins in the everyday moments where women nurture, decide, build, and influence—within their families, work, relationships, and communities. We honor inner wisdom shaped through resilience, care, creativity, and lived experience. Through facilitated circles of reflection and shared learning, women begin to recognize their experiences not as isolated moments, but as sources of insight, strength, and collective wisdom. This is leadership development that is deeply human, relational, and accessible—creating ripple effects that extend beyond each circle into families, workplaces, and communities.
