To partner with women-focused organizations by providing resources and guidance through our holistic social service program, the Empowerment Program. Our goal is to elevate women and their communities through mental health, job readiness, education, case management and leadership support.
Identify NGO’s or Nonprofits to partner with who focus on empowering women and are seeking to incorporate sustainable and scalable mental health, case management, education and job training programs for women.
RTE offers on-going financial support, mentoring, and training to the NGO or Nonprofits leadership to implement the Empowerment Program, while offering key measurement tools to measure the success and impact of the program.Women in the NGO or Nonprofit organizations begin participating in Ready to Empower’s Empowerment Program. The six month program educates the women on “Empowering Your Mind” and “Empowering Your Future.”
Women graduate from the Empowerment Program with the tools needed to be empowered and make positive changes in their lives. In addition, the NGO or Nonprofit Leaders now have a sustainable social service program to help carry out their mission.
