We were honored to facilitate the debut of the Nonprofit 101 in workshop in Spanish — a space designed to bring together and empower the Hispanic nonprofit community in Richmond. This gathering for nonprofit leaders was more than a learning session; it was a powerful moment of connection, recognition, and collective growth.
Delivered entirely in Spanish — a language that speaks directly to the heart — the workshop explored key areas such as governance, fundraising storytelling, transparency, and compassionate leadership. Each topic was grounded in the lived experiences of those working tirelessly to build stronger and more equitable communities.
