Ada ITW is a non-profit organization that pursues the mission of empowering women through training in technology and programming to integrate them into the IT workplace, thus reducing the gender gap in this sector.
We teach courses and training in technology and programming in a caring and respectful environment for all women and femininities.
Likewise, we offer support to our graduates in their insertion process into the world of work, providing them with tools in soft skills so that they can perform in the best way in competitive labor frameworks.
As our trainings are virtual, our potential reach is global for Spanish-speaking women. Since our founding in 2017 to date we have trained more than 10,000 women from all over the world.
We are looking for partners who seek to support our mission of reducing the gender gap in the world of technology. We consider that the insertion of the female technological muscle in the IT industry is essential to build a more equitable world.
The ways in which they can support us are by disseminating our mission, generating alliances that enhance our mission, finding points of synergy with collaborators, and employing our graduates in technological work environments.
