Mission
● Make women leading in STEM visible to inspire girls and women in these professions.
● Promote education and entrepreneurship to help women and girls have greater professional and economic opportunities
Program Scope
The platform has different channels to achieve it´s objectives and target segments:
Web/Blog interview, news and educational STEM content.
Club STEAM with robotic and programming workshops for girls and boys.
PYME Crece workshops and talks about technological tools and digital transformation for women entrepreneurs and small businesses.
RUTA STEM talks, workshops, and interviews focused on youth and women that look to develop STEM vocations or make a profesional conversion.
Impact
We have developed and participated in training programs that have impacted around 500 entrepreneurs, including women entrepreneurs both in local communities and in the Central American region, virtually and in person.
The children´s workshops have been freely developed with girls and boys providing scholarships to at least 50% of girl participants and who come from low-income families. This year, we have as a goal to take a National Robotics Olympic team.
